ST. LOUIS (AP) — Authorities say an 8-year-old and a man have been wounded after gunfire erupted near a St. Louis gas station.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that police say the child was hit in the chest and shoulder just before 8 p.m. Sunday, while the man was struck in the leg. The man was conscious and breathing. No details were released about the child’s condition.
More than two dozen evidence markers showed where bullet casings had landed at the edge of a Gulf Oil gas station property.
