Man, 26, shot; suspects sought
REESEVILLE -- The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is seeking two men involved in a shooting in the 400 block of North Main Street in Reeseville Thursday night.
Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt said in a press release that the initial report came in at 9:36 p.m. about two white men wearing dark clothes who confronted a 26-year-old Reeseville man. During the confrontation, the man sustained a gunshot wound. His injuries were non-life-threatening and he is in stable condition at UW Hospital in Madison. The suspects fled the scene before the incident was reported to law enforcement.
The sheriff’s office is currently investigating the shooting and asks that if anyone has information related to the incident that they contact the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office at 920-386-3726 and ask to speak with Detective Michael Willmann or Detective Dean Hopp.
