Ben Overbay, 46, was fined $1,050 on charges of criminal trespassing.

Aug. 28

Carmelo Ozuna, 18, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $350 on a charge of assault by mutual consent and minor in possession.

A charge of leaving the scene of an accident against Nichelle R. Sands, 12/90, was dismissed.

Victor M. Torresdey, 20, was fined $400 on charges of minor in possession and possession of an open container.

Evaline K. Becker, 57, was fined $400 on a charge of aiding and abetting.

Juan Bravo, 18, was fined $150 on a charge of assault by mutual consent.

Amanda Matthew, 37, was fined $350 on charges of failing to stay in lane, no valid registration and attempted possession of a fake insurance certificate.

Edward Trevino, 41, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 29

Eric Olijnyk, 41, was sentenced to one day in jail and fined $50 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Alyssa Hernandez, 20, was fined $350 on a charge of minor in possession.

Christian A. Enriquez, 22, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Paul D. Uhrich, 39, was sentenced to 270 days in jail and fined $60 on a charge of resisting arrest.

Katherine Sanchez, 19, was sentenced to 3 days jail and fined $370.08 on a charge of theft by shoplifting and failure to appear/comply with a citation.

A charge of disturbing the peace against Stacey Roche, 51, was dismissed.

Aug. 30

Reginald Douglas, 25, was sentenced to 60 days jail and fined $550 on charges of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 31

Kelli L. Miller, 38, was fined $200 on a charge of no proof of insurance.

Rochelle Boothe, 28, was sentenced to one day jail and fined $549 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Brian Lara, 18, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Dillon S. Thompson, 21, was fined $349 on a charge of possession of marijuana

Charges of driving under the influence, third offense; refusal to submit to chemical tests; driving during revocation, against Robert N. Bergstedt, 3/96, were dismissed.

Joseph X. Ybarra, 22, was fined $550 on a charge of assault by mutual consent.

Jesse Venturino, 35, was sentenced to 19 days jail and fined $52 on a charge of failure to appear/comply with citation.
