SYRINGE EXCHANGES-FENTANYL TESTING, from LOUISVILLE, Ky. _ Syringe exchange sites in the metro area of Louisville, Kentucky, are now providing test strips that can detect the presence of fentanyl in drugs such as cocaine and heroin.
