Sunrise Senior Living Named Among Top 10 on 2018 Great Place to Work® Aging Services List
MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 27, 2018--Great Place to Work® and Fortune have recognized Sunrise Senior Living as one of the top 10 Best Workplaces for Aging Services in 2018, the first year the list has been released. Surveys representing more than 162,000 employees from companies in the Aging Services industry were considered to develop the list. Sunrise achieved No. 7, and a new article in features the Company’s mission-rich culture and team member engagement efforts as reasons for the high ranking.

Great Place to Work®, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 50 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which team members trust their leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
