Repeat offender busted for allegedly selling PCP in Stamford

August 27, 2018

STAMFORD — A Norwalk man who was arrested last month for allegedly dealing PCP was busted by Stamford Police again on Friday.

Michael Litt, of 26 Magnolia Ave., Norwalk, was charged with possession of over four ounces of a hallucinogen and for operating a drug business.

Capt. Richard Conklin said police set up surveillance around 20 7th St. and executed a search warrant in the building after allegedly catching Litt in illegal behavior.

Police found two two-ounce mason jars with PCP, scales and empty bags for bagging drugs, as well as spearmint leaves used to absorb PCP, according to Conklin.

“This is a very dangerous drug,” said Conklin. “We’re seeing it quite a bit in our community.”

Conklin said Litt has an extensive criminal record going back decades.

He was held in lieu of a $15,000 court appearance bond.
