Police announce arrests in quadruple slaying

Ten days after Philadelphia police discovered four people shot to death execution-style in the basement of a West Philadelphia rowhouse, police on Thursday announced the arrest of  two people in connection with the quadruple slaying.

A third person is being sought in the Nov. 18 killings, which were over a drug deal, Homicide Capt. John Ryan said during an afternoon news conference with Police Commissioner Richard Ross and District Attorney Larry Krasner.
