Travis Maley, 41, was fined $550 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Shawn Hill Jr., 22, was fined $2509 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Rosita M. Gonzalez, 22, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $700 on a charge of possession of an open container, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward J. Garneaux III, 20, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rubi E. Guerrero, 19, was fined $350 on a charge of minor in possession.

Tim R. Dunham, 62, was fined $150 on a charge of selling tobacco to a minor.

Kaine K. Oberman, 19, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Miranda Cain, 20, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Isaiah Gomez, 21, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

Julian F. Salazar, 24, was sentenced to 30 days jail, six months license revocation and fined $550 on a charge of refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Lino M. Torres, 35, was sentenced to 180 days jail and fined $36 on a charge of third-degree domestic assault.

Natasha Requejo, 34, was sentenced to 30 days jail and fined $62 on a charge of committing child abuse by neglect.

Colten J. Francisco, 29, was fined $275 on a charge of failure to yield the right of way and reckless driving.

Ben Z. Overbay, 46, was sentenced to 25 days and fined $50 on a charge of second-degree trespassing.

Joshua Murphy, 33, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 15

In the 2000 block of Avenue E, officers investigated a domestic assault. No arrests or citations were noted in the report.

July 16

Brittny Eckman, 24, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Police investigated a report of domestic assault in the 1700 block of Cowen Drive.

July 17

Police investigated a burglary at Van Pelt Fencing, 700 block of South Beltline Highway.

Police investigated a burglary in the 2500 block of Third Avenue.

Police investigated a child abuse reporting involving a possible sexual assault between two juveniles. The report was turned over to the Gering Police Department. No citations or arrests had been made as of the date of the report.

Officers investigated an assault in the 2200 block of Avenue G. Investigation is ongoing as of the date of the report.

In the 1500 block of East Overland, Janelle Nightwalker, 39, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on two Scotts Bluff County warrants and on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

July 18

Police investigated a report of an assault in the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue. No arrests or citations were noted.

At Walmart, John Paul Mackenzie, 38, of Lander, Wyoming, was arrested on charges of theft by shoplifting and criminal mischief.

July 19

Jose Pena, 63, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of third-degree assault in the 1400 block of Second Avenue.
