Express: Fiscal 3Q Earnings Snapshot
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Express Inc. (EXPR) on Thursday reported fiscal third-quarter profit of $8 million.
On a per-share basis, the Columbus, Ohio-based company said it had profit of 11 cents.
The results met Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was also for earnings of 11 cents per share.
The clothing and accessories chain posted revenue of $515 million in the period, which topped Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $510.8 million.
Express expects full-year earnings to be 25 cents to 33 cents per share.
Express shares have fallen 29 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 18 percent in the last 12 months.
