Milford man accused of urinating on library window

April 2, 2019

MILFORD-Police charged a city man with breach of peace after library employees accused him of urinating on a front window after being asked to leave.

On March 30 Police Officer Joe Dempsey served a warrant on Matthew Kealey, 47, of Wood Avenue charging him with second-degree breach of peace. The charge stems from a warrant issued for Kealey’s arrest as a result of the March 9, 2019 incident at the library, police said..

Kealey was released on a promise to appear in Milford Superior Court on April 23.

An attempt to reach Kealey using his last known phone number was unsuccessful. That number was no longer in use.
