ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) _ Kim Rosenquist of Spokane, Wash., won the women's division of the Twin Cities Marathon Sunday with an unofficial time of 2 hours, 32 minutes, 33 seconds, a course record set despite rain and cold.

Rosenquist bettered the previous record by about two minutes for the 26- mile, 385-yard course.

Second was Nancy Ditz of Woodside, Calif., and third was Connie Prince of Sioux City, Iowa. Their times were not immediately available.
