_ WYOMING LOTTERY _ A lucky person is $3.3 million richer after winning the biggest jackpot in the history of Wyoming Lottery’s Cowboy Draw game. WyoLotto CEO Jon Clontz says the winning ticket was purchased at Ridley’s Family Markets in Casper. The drawing was held Thursday.
