WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — David Patrick Kennedy, 49, was arrested Dec. 19 in the 1900 block of Sea Breeze Lane on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — John A. Jarvis, 39, was arrested Dec. 19 in the 1000 block of Highway 95 on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for failure to pay fines, criminal damage and failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

COURT ORDER VIOLATION, BULLHEAD CITY — Katina Lynn Maxwell, 35, was arrested Dec. 19 in the 2000 block of Del Rey Drive after she reportedly violated an order of protection against her. She was arrested on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

UNLICENSED DOGS, BULLHEAD CITY — Mark Arthur Biondo, 60, was cited twice on Dec. 19, each for having a dog at large and failure to attach tags after animal care and welfare officers responded to a report of two dogs that had gotten out of his yard in the 900 block of Swan Drive. Biondo was cited and released.

WARRANT ARREST/NARCOTICS, BULLHEAD CITY — Brett Michael Deboer, 36, was arrested Dec. 19 after being contacted by officers while walking on Marina Boulevard. Police ran a check that showed him to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was warned about having anything illegal on him before entering booking, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Deboer said he had nothing, she said, but a search of his person turned up about 0.3 grams of heroin hidden in his sock. He was arrested on the warrant and on suspicion of possession of narcotic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband. Deboer was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARRESTS, BULLHEAD CITY — Codi Michelle Duncan, 25, and Cheyenne Rochelle Garber, 25, were arrested Thursday in the 2500 block of Miracle Mile on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear. Each was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
