Police: Armed Man Robbed Several People In Kingston

KINGSTON — An armed man robbed several people at gunpoint in Kingston on Tuesday evening, according to police. Officers responded to a reported armed robbery in the area of Third Avenue and Stanley Drive at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday, police said in a news release. The victims said a man approached them, brandished a handgun and demanded their belongings, according to police. The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male in his mid-30s, about 6 feet tall, with a medium build. He wore dark clothing including a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt.
