HPD lists 13 incidents in daily reports Monday

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 13 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Monday, according to a printout released by the department.

However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Possession of a controlled substance, 3:01 a.m. Monday, Hal Greer Boulevard/3rd Avenue.

Joy-riding, 12:30 a.m. Monday, 800 block of Marcum Terrance.

Wanton endangerment involving a firearm, 11:13 p.m. Sunday, 1700 block of Artisan Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension for DUI, 4:33 p.m. Sunday, Hal Greer Boulevard/Doulton Avenue.

Burglary, 3 p.m. Friday, 800 block of West 17th Street.

Possession of a controlled substance, third offense DUI, driving under suspension for DUI, 6:55 p.m. Sunday, 20th Street/5th Avenue.

Absconding, fraud, 4:26 p.m. Sunday, 1500 block of Madison Avenue.

Warrant service, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing on foot, 4:44 p.m. Sunday, 8th Street/10th Avenue.

Petit larceny, domestic battery, 3:39 p.m. Sunday, 900 block of 10th Avenue.

Grand larceny, burglary, 10:38 p.m. Saturday, 1300 block of 5th Avenue.

Wanton endangerment involving a firearm, 3:07 a.m. Sunday, 1600 block of Charleston Avenue.

Wanton endangerment involving a firearm, 2:20 a.m. Sunday, 200 block of 4th Avenue.

Auto tampering, 1:11 a.m. Sunday, 2900 block of 1st Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail:

Donald K. Hart, Jr. 45, was incarcerated at 11 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him on an unspecified felony indictment. Bond was not set.
