HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:
The Huntington Police Department listed 18 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:
Petit larceny, breaking and entering, 10 p.m. Tuesday, 1700 block of Harvey Road.
Threatening communications by electronic device, destruction of property — misdemeanor, 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, 100 block of Oakland Avenue.
Paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, 12:37 a.m. Wednesday, 7th Street and 5th Avenue.
Information report, 11:51 p.m. Tuesday, 2900 block of 1st Avenue.
Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, 600 block of Shivel Lane.
Registration, certificate of title required, vehicle security, 9:20 p.m. Tuesday, 19th Street and Hall Avenue.

Disorderly conduct, 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, 2500 block of 5th Avenue.
Possession of a controlled substance, 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, 6th Street and 3rd Avenue.
Disorderly conduct, intoxication or drinking in public places, 12:36 a.m. Tuesday, 8th Street and North Boulevard.
The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:
Brianna Elizabeth Black, 28, was jailed at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. She was also jailed on two active warrants. Bond was not set.
Lawrence Roy Johnson Jr., 67, was jailed at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was $50,000.
Andrew Thomas Miller, 38, was jailed at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with breaking and entering. Bond was not set.
Donald Joseph Fitch, 43, was jailed at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with third-offense domestic battery. Bond was not set.
