ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a woman was subdued with a stun gun at a Florida airport after forcing her way into a secured area and striking an officer.

WFTV-TV reports that 38-year-old Angela McNaughton was arrested Wednesday night at Orlando International Airport and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and other charges.

Police say McNaughton left her truck in front of a curbside check-in area and then walked through a Known Crew Member entrance, shoving a Transportation Security Administration worker out of her way.

Responding police officers tried to restrain her, and officials say she hit an officer in the chest and threw his radio on the ground. Police say surveillance video also showed a knife falling out of her jacket.

McNaughton was being held on $2,900 bail. Jail records didn’t list an attorney.
