WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — William Todd Butler, 54, was arrested April 30 at Sixth Street and Highway 95 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

THEFT, BULLHEAD CITY — Sarah Elizabeth Feenstra, 21, was arrested April 30 in the 2100 block of Highway 95 after she reportedly was seen on surveillance camera taking $400 cash from her employer’s purse. Feenstra then put back $200, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Feenstra was cited for theft and released.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/INTERFERING WITH JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS, BULLHEAD CITY — Keven Clayton Nelson, 61, was arrested April 30 in the 1300 block of Winkler Lane after officers contacted him to serve him with an order of protection. Nelson reportedly became irate with police after being advised that he needed to leave the property. He attempted to slam the door on an officer, Fromelt said, causing injury to the officer and damage to the door. She said he refused to come out and tried to assault police again with a club. After a brief struggle, Fromelt said, Nelson was taken into custody. He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and interfering with judicial proceedings per domestic violence. Nelson was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Ernest Edward Carranza III, 22, was arrested May 1 in the 1300 block of Willow Lane after he reportedly got into an argument with his girlfriend. He was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence, and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

SUSPENDED LICENSE/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — At 11:30 a.m. May 2, police pulled over a vehicle at Ramar Road and Highway 95 for displaying a license plate showing invalid registration. The driver, Barry Jay Corcoran, 57, was cited for driving on a suspended license and released. The passenger, Matthew Lee Roush, 34, was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for interfering with judicial proceedings. He was held for court.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Travis Walker Bonnette, 32, was arrested May 2 in the 1700 block of Rollando Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Justen Joseph Santomassino, 38, was arrested May 3 near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Colorado Boulevard on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT/RESISTING ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Adriana Vasquez, 25, was arrested Monday in the 1900 block of Robson Circle on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. When she was placed under arrest on her warrant, Vasquez reportedly struggled and pulled away from officers. She was arrested on the warrant and on suspicion of resisting arrest. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Joseph Michael Torre, 30, was arrested Monday in the 3200 block of Ridge View Avenue after he reportedly got into a verbal argument with his roommates. During the argument, Fromelt said, Torre punched a window, breaking it. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and criminal damage per domestic violence, and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL DAMAGE, BULLHEAD CITY — Charles Bryan Walker, 59, was arrested Tuesday near Highway 95 and Laughlin Ranch Boulevard after police received a report of person throwing rocks at passing vehicles and then hiding in the desert area. A few hours later, police received another call, about a vehicle struck by a rock, causing about $500 in damage. Walker was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

CRIMINAL SPEED, BULLHEAD CITY — Irma Mejia, 37, was arrested Tuesday in the 2100 block of Lakeside Drive after police reportedly clocked her vehicle at 50 mph in a residential 30 mph zone. She was cited for misdemeanor speeding and released.

COURT ORDER VIOLATION, BULLHEAD CITY — Albert Ditters Onopa III, 50, was arrested Weednesday after he and his ex-girlfriend, Christina Maria Moreno, 45, reportedly got into an argument while traveling together in a vehicle in the 1600 block of Highway 95. Moreno has an order of protection against Onopa, Fromelt said. She was arrested on suspicion of failure to comply with a court order. He was arrested on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings per domestic violence. Each was cited and released.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Sydney Marcellous Dykes, 26, was arrested Wednesday after he reportedly was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend in the 2600 block of Avenida Colibri. Police said Dykes threw the victim’s personal belongings out of the residence and attempted to physically remove her from the residence. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

FORGERY/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Melissa Jean Sistar, 42, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a May 1 report that in April she had issued herself a fraudulent $230.50 check from a church that had employed her as treasurer. Sistar then reportedly deposited the check after it was altered. Church officials said Sistar was terminated from her treasurer position in 2017, Fromelt said. Officers contacted Sistar at her residence in the 4700 block of Castilla Drive in Fort Mohave, where she was arrested on suspicion of forgery and on a misdemeanor pre-adjudication warrant. Sistar was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Tessa Jo Peterson, 42, was arrested Thursday at the corner of Sea Spray Drive and Clearwater Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for drug paraphernalia possession. She was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Bryan Dean Whipple, 43, was arrested Thursday in the 300 block of Lee Avenue on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Nicholas Roger Labuff, 39, was arrested Thursday near Coral Reef Drive and Diamond Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County jail in Kingman.
