Winston-Salem police are working to locate a woman who went missing on Saturday evening, WXII reported.

Officers say Caitlin Susanne Adams, 17, who suffers from a cognitive impairment, was last seen on the 100 block of Asherton Court at about 6:30 p.m. Investigators said she left in a blue four-door Honda sedan.

It’s unclear where she was headed but officers believe she may be with two or three male subjects.

Adams stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 204 pounds.

She was last seen wearing a black or dark blue hoodie, blue jeans, gray shoes and carrying a black and white backpack.

A Silver Alert has been issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons.
