WPI Locals Present Research Projects
WORCESTER -- Two local students at Worcester Polytechnic Institute recently completed intense, hands-on research projects.
At WPI, undergraduates are required to complete a research-driven, professional-level project that applies science and technology to address an important societal need or issue.
William Mitchell of Groton, a junior majoring in Management Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, was a member of a student team that recently completed an in Bar Harbor, Maine, called “Citizen Science.”
Daniel Millard of Littleton, a junior majoring in Biology and Biotechnology, as well as Electrical and Computer Engineering, was a member of a student team that completed a project in London called “Urban and Environmental Planning.”
