Delco man set to plead guilty in fatal 2017 road-rage shooting

David Desper, of Trainer, Delaware County is charged with first- and third-degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and reckless endangering in the death of Bianca Roberson.

David Desper, the man accused of killing a college-bound teenager in an alleged road-rage shooting last summer in West Goshen, will plead guilty to the crime at a hearing Wednesday.

Desper, 29, is expected to enter a plea for third degree murder and possessing an instrument of a crime in the slaying of Bianca Roberson, according to court officials. The hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. in West Chester, in front of Common Pleas Judge Ann Marie Wheatcraft.
