Goodwin Adds Experienced Technology and Venture Capital Partner Dan Goldberg in New York
Goldberg’s practice spans the entire life cycle of technology-driven ventures. He represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and other private equity funds across a broad range of sectors and industries including software, online media, digital technologies, and consumer products. He also advises clients on formation, financing and sale transactions, and provides general corporate, employment and intellectual property counsel.
