BIG STINK — A Nebraska renewable energy plant has been accused of several violations of its permit to discharge sewage into a regional wastewater treatment plant.

DUBUQUE HOMICIDE — A man accused of killing and sexually assaulting a woman in Dubuque has changed his plea to guilty.

2 PEDESTRIANS KILLED — Authorities say two pedestrians have been killed in Davenport.
