FLORENCE, Italy (AP) _ Parma won its second Italian Cup in the 1990s, tying Fiorentina 2-2 Wednesday night to win the home-and-home final on the away-goals rule.

The teams, who also tied in the opener, finished 3-3 in the total-goals series. Parma, which won its first Italian Cup in 1992, won the title 2-1 on away goals.

Parma, fourth in the Italian League with three games remaining, plays Olympique Marseille in the UEFA Cup final May 12.

Hernan Crespo's 27th goal of the season put Parma ahead in the 43rd minute, but goals by Tomas Repka and Sandro Cois in a 14-minute span gave Fiorentina a 2-1 lead in the 62nd. Paolo Vanoli tied it, scoring off a pass from Enrico Chiesa with 19 minutes left.

``It was a hard-fought victory, achieved on Fiorentina's home field,'' Crespo said. ``I think we deserved the Cup.''
