AURORA, Colo. (AP) — Colorado police have arrested a juvenile male in the shooting death of a teen in Aurora.

Police say the suspect was arrested without incident Tuesday night, but they did not say what charges the suspect is facing.

Police have not released the suspect’s name because he is a juvenile.

The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office identified the victim on Wednesday as 16-year-old Jeremy J. Rudolph, who died Monday of a gunshot wound to the head.

Aurora police declined to release further information about the incident or the circumstances that led to the shooting.
