RANDY LEE CHAPMAN, 63, of Tampa, Fla., formerly of Huntington, died Aug. 21. WILLIAM JUSTIN CRABTREE, 31, of Obetz, Ohio, formerly of Louisa, Ky., son of Teresa Robinson, died Aug. 25 in The Ohio State University Medical Center. NELLIE DAVIS DILLON, 86, of Willow Wood, Ohio, widow of Paul “Matt” Dillon, died Aug. 26 in Ashland Community Hospice Care. SEAN ALLEN FRY, 49, of Spurlockville, W.Va., husband of Kristina Fry, died Aug. 26. He worked in the construction industry. There will be a graveside service, 11 a.m. Wednesday, Bear Branch Cemetery, Spurlockville, W.Va. Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, W.Va., is assisting the family.

THELMA RUTH GILLIAM, 93, of Huntington, died Aug. 27 at home. Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.

JAMES CURTIS IAMS, 68, of Olive Hill, Ky., husband of Dianna Blevins Iams, died Aug. 26 at home. He retired as supervisor of Education from the Federal Correctional Institution in Beckley, W.Va.
