Pittsburgh's Martin Straka scored his second overtime goal in a Game 6 of the 2001 playoffs Tuesday night. Straka's goal at 11:29 of the extra period gave the Penguins a 3-2 win over Buffalo to force Game 7 in their second-round series. He also won the decisive Game 6 of the first round against Washington with an overtime goal.
Penguins player-owner Mario Lemieux scored with 1:18 left in regulation to force overtime in Game 6 of Pittsburgh's second-round series against Buffalo on Tuesday night. The Penguins went on to beat the Sabres 3-2 to push the series to Game 7 on Thursday night.
