Ludington man sentenced for drug possession
Brian Keith Petro was sentenced to one year of jail, two years of probation and other punishment by 51st Circuit Court Judge Susan Sniegowski for possession of methamphetamine Tuesday at the Mason County Courthouse.
Petro, 33, of Ludington, was out of jail and on probation, Mason County Prosecutor Paul Spaniola said, after serving for a charge of breaking and entering when he was in possession of methamphetamine.
Petro was sentenced to a year in jail with eight months to be served right away and credit for 152 days. He then will be on probation for two years. He also must pay fines and costs, and he had his license suspended.
