Tampa Bay Recalls Two Forwards

February 3, 1998

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) _ The Tampa Bay Lightning recalled forwards Paul Brousseau from Adirondack (N.Y.) of the American Hockey League and Brent Peterson from Milwaukee (Wis.) of the International Hockey League on Monday.

Brousseau has 31 goals and 12 assists in 38 minor league outings. Peterson has 13 goals and 20 assists over 43 games with Milwaukee.

Illness and injury has hit the Lightning hard the past several days. The flu kept center Daymond Langkow and right wing Mikael Andersson out of Monday’s game against Buffalo. Center Steve Kelly, defenseman Karl Dykhuis and back-up goaltender Zac Bierk were in uniform despite being sick.

Right wing Jody Hull did not play after injuring an ankle Saturday at Florida.
