GAINESBORO, Tenn. (AP) _ A mobile home fire killed four teen-agers, authorities said.

Investigators on Sunday had not yet determined the cause of the fire, which started early Saturday. The trailer became fully engulfed in flames and collapsed as firefighters arrived.

The victims, two girls and two boys, were all believed to be high school students. Their names were not immediately released.

Their bodies were found in an addition built on the back of the trailer. It did not appear any had tried to escape, authorities said.

A fifth teen who was sleeping in a car parked in front of the trailer at the time of the fire was found by neighbors and taken to safety.

It was not clear what the teens were doing at the trailer. Authorities said the trailer's owners lived in a retirement home, and that it had been vacant.

Gainesboro is 60 miles east of Nashville.
