Undated (AP) _ Los Angeles Clippers at Golden State (11 p.m. EST). The Warriors, 5-25, have the worst record in the NBA. The Clippers, 9-23, are tied with Sacramento for the third-worst mark. The Clippers defeated Golden State 97-94 on Nov. 13, but now the Warriors have Ralph Sampson. WEDNESDAY’S STARS

Dominique Wilkins, Hawks, made 15-of-27 field goal attempts, 18-of-18 free throws, scored 48 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, had four assists and made two steals as Atlanta beat San Antonio 120-110.

Roy Tarpley, Mavericks, grabbed 23 rebounds, setting a club-record, but shot only 4-for-18 from the field as Dallas beat Indiana 110-108. Center James Donaldson, whose record of 22 rebounds was surpassed by Tarpley, had only four rebounds.

Kevin McHale, Celtics, scored 31 points on 11-of-16 field goal shooting and 9-of-9 free throws as Boston defeated Detroit 143-105. STREAKS

Magic Johnson, Lakers, and Vern Fleming, Pacers, both had triple doubles in losing causes. Johnson had 27 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists in the Lakers’ loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. Fleming scored 18 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and had 12 assists as Indiana lost to Dallas. TRIVIA
