Dominique Wilkins, Hawks, made 15-of-27 field goal attempts, 18-of-18 free throws, scored 48 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, had four assists and made two steals as Atlanta beat San Antonio 120-110.
Roy Tarpley, Mavericks, grabbed 23 rebounds, setting a club-record, but shot only 4-for-18 from the field as Dallas beat Indiana 110-108. Center James Donaldson, whose record of 22 rebounds was surpassed by Tarpley, had only four rebounds.
