Boulder County to Test Election Ballots, Equipment
The Boulder County Clerk and Recorder’s Office’s Elections Division will start its public pre-election testing of ballots and ballot processing equipment on Tuesday.
That “logic and accuracy” testing, intended to ensure ballots are properly printed and that equipment properly reads voters’ completed ballots and tabulates votes, is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Boulder County’s ballot processing center, 1750 33rd St., Boulder.
The testing will resume on Wednesday and Thursday, if needed, from 9:30 to 4:30 p.m. each of those days.
People wanting to observe the testing are asked to check in at the Election Division’s front desk, Suite 200, 1750 33rd St., Boulder, to be escorted to the testing area.
