Police: Man found passed out at Mauston McDonald’s drive through facing drug charges

A Westfield man is facing four counts of felony bail jumping and charges related to drug possession after passing out in the drive through of the Mauston McDonald’s.

Jack Morrison, 29, of Westfield is charged with four felony counts of bail jumping, possession of THC, possession of an illegally obtained prescription drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He faces up to 6 years in a prison or a fine of up to $10,000 for each bail jumping charge, or both.

According to the criminal complaint:

At about 5:10 a.m. April 14 a Mauston police officer was dispatched to McDonald’s in Mauston after receiving a report that a man was passed out sleeping behind the wheel of a vehicle in the drive through.
