Jordan and Benjamin each scored 17 points, while Michael New added 15.

New Mexico State was in control through most of the first half and took a 14-6 lead with 13:23 left on two free throws by Jordan. The Aggies stretched it to 32-18 before the 49ers rallied behind Harris to cut the deficit to six points at halftime.
