Delisting of Securities of Elbit Imaging Ltd., Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc., Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Kona Grill, Inc., Presbia PLC, Fusion Connect, Inc., And Achaogen, Inc. from The Nasdaq Stock Market

NEW YORK, May 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the ordinary shares of Elbit Imaging Ltd. Elbit Imaging Ltd.’s stock was suspended on February 11, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc. Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc’s stock was suspended on February 13, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Synergy Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 08, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Kona Grill, Inc. Kona Grill, Inc.’s stock was suspended on April 25, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of Presbia PLC. Presbia PLC’s stock was suspended on April 25, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Fusion Connect, Inc. Fusion Connect, Inc.’s stock was suspended on April 25, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Finally, Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Achaogen, Inc. Achaogen, Inc.’s stock was suspended on April 26, 2019 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.

Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
