MPO seeks public input on regional transit plan
The Lake Havasu Metropolitan Planning Organization is seeking public input on its regional transit plan.
Focus groups are planned on March 18 to discuss the need for transit services in Havasu, including the locations where services may be needed. Findings from the focus gropus will help the study team evaluate the local demand for mass transit services as the MPO develops the regional transit feasibility and implementation plan.
The focus groups are scheduled for 1:30-3 p.m. and 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 18, at the Lake Havasu Police Facility at 2360 McCulloch Blvd. For more information, call (928) 453-2823. You can view the transit plan, visit lhcaz.gov/public-works/havasu-mobility/lhmpo-transit-plan.
