A 30-year-old North Platte man has been arrested in connection with outstanding warrants and a vehicle pursuit that led authorities through fences and a pasture in west-central Nebraska’s Lincoln County.
Nebraska State Patrol troopers, along with North Platte police, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska Game and Parks Commission officers, arrested the man who was wanted mainly in connection with several pursuits in the past week, authorities said.

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said the man fled, leading troopers on a pursuit that was called off as the truck drove through fences and a pasture. The stolen truck was found at a residence in the 7000 block of West Buckboard Road, which is southwest of North Platte, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Troopers took the man into custody around 3:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Office said
The man was arrested on four outstanding warrants and on suspicion of driving under suspension, possession of a stolen vehicle, flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, obstruction of an officer, trespassing and criminal mischief, the Sheriff’s Office said.
