Nevada and North Dakota are home to two of the most pivotal Senate races this year. What they didn’t have were competitive Senate primaries. In North Dakota, GOP Rep. BISMARCK, Minn. — District courts around North Dakota have asked a committee of the state Supreme Court to recommend more full-time staff for the 2019-21 state budget cycle. In the 2017 legislative session, the court system cut about 10 percent of its staff due to budget cuts. UPCOMING: 300 words.
