BRIEF: Winter Farmers Market for November

November 16, 2018

SCOTTSBLUFF — The Scottsbluff Winter Farmers’ Market for Saturday will host 20 vendors with a variety of items for sale.

The Pampered Chef has Indian Glass Corn she grew in her garden. Market Manager Jana Richard said it would work great in a centerpiece for Thanksgiving Dinner. Pampered Chef also has great dog treats that she makes herself. Kafe Eleni will be back this week with her Baklava and other Greek desserts. Lentfer’s Custom Woodworking has made some great things for Christmas gifts. There are still fresh vegetables available, homemade breads and much more at the market. The nonprofit this week is a food drive for Community Christian School. Please bring non-perishable items or buy a raffle ticket for the “Market Basket.” Buy one ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10. There will also be lunches available to purchase while you are listening to music played by Song Weavers.

The Scottsbluff Winter Farmers Market runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at The Old Village Garden Center, 1400 E. 20th St., Scottsbluff. The Winter Farmers Market runs the first and third Saturdays of each month.
