DOVER, Del. (AP) _ Brandon Steinheim and James Lassiter rushed for more than 100 yards and two touchdowns each on Saturday to lead Wesley College to a 47-6 win over Chowan College.

Wesley's offense gained 451 yards despite the loss of quarterback Marc Harris to injury. The team improved its record to 7-1.

Chowan's (2-6) lone score came late in the fourth quarter with a 4-yard touchdown run by Alex Hawkins.

Steinheim rushed for 129 yards on 19 carries, marking the eighth time this season he has broken the 100-yard barrier. The junior has now gained 1,059 yards and scored 15 touchdowns.

Paul Findeisen filled in for Harris and completed 14 of 24 passes for 144 yards and a touchdown. Duane Martin connected with Milt Alexander, who threw a 45-yard touchdown pass.
