BLUE MOUNTAINS-MANAGEMENT PLANS WITHDRAWN

LEWISTON _ In a stunning rebuke, the Washington, D.C. office of the U.S. Forest Service has withdrawn the recently completed plans for management of national forests in Oregon, Idaho and Washington state.
