Alexis Gonzalez, 24, was sentenced to 120 days jail on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Glenn E. Bailey, 44, was sentenced to five days jail and fined $1,050 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

David White Face, 22, was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $940 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Keshia E. Santero, 28, was sentenced to 90 days jail, 24 months probation and fined $80 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 17

Ramone Rodriguez, 58, was fined $550 on a charge of provoking an assault.

Brittany Cross, 26, was fined $300 on a charge of destruction of property.

Brittany A. Dominguez, 28, was fined $350 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Elizabeth A. Acosta, 28, was sentenced to 120 days jail, 24 months probation and fined $80 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

A charge of driving under suspension against Regis L. Adams, 28, was dismissed.

Taylor Kelsch, 21, was fined $550 on a charge of minor in possession.

Lynette McCleod, 50, was fined $449 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alec Dillon, 35, was fined $250 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Jennifer K. Chavez, 36, was sentenced to 10 days jail and fined $552 on charges of unauthorized use of a financial transaction device and failure to appear.

Kighler Hoffman, 21, was fined $800 on a charge of theft by taking.

Dianna Applegate, 52, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and fined $50 on a charge of resisting arrest.

A charge of procuring/selling alcohol to a minor against Nicole L. Schurbon, 35, was dismissed.

Keith A. Knudson, 27, was sentenced to 45 days jail and fined $550 on a charge of driving under the influence.

Devon Allen, 34, was fined $225 on a charge of license without liability insurance and no valid registration.

Eric M. Woods, 20, was fined $350 on a charge of minor in possession.

Adriana Billie, 18, was fined $350 on a charge of minor in possession.

David G. Rasmussen, 31, was fined $449 on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia against Tia Landen, 27, were dismissed.

Aug. 28

Margaret Piazza Franklin, 68, of Gering, was arrested on a charge of tampering with a witness.

Sept. 1

Police investigated a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue A.

A 16-year-old juvenile was cited on a charge of theft by shoplifting at Walmart.

Sept. 2

Police investigated a theft in the 1000 block of 12th Avenue.

Police investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle at a business on South Beltline Highway.

Joshua Kampbell, 30, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of strangulation and domestic assault.

Gregory Phil Burkman, 55, was arrested on a charge of possession of disorderly conduct and possession of an open container.

On East Overland, Woodrow Pester, 56, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and no proof of insurance.
