Leeds dealt Tottenham its first Premier League home loss of the season Saturday, winning 2-1 on goals by Ian Harte and Lee Bowyer.

The victory moved Leeds, which this week qualified for the European Champions League quarterfinals, into sixth place in the English standings with 43 points.

Manchester United has 63 points, 13 ahead of Arsenal heading into their showdown Sunday at Old Trafford.

Liverpool is third with 45 points, followed by Sunderland with 44.

In other results Saturday, West Ham beat Bradford 2-1, Coventry tied Charlton 2-2, Derby edged Aston Villa 1-0, Ipswich shut out Everton 2-0, Leicester beat Sunderland 2-0; Southampton topped Middlesbrough 1-0, and Manchester City defeated Newcastle 1-0.

In Scotland, Rangers won 1-0 at Hearts to move within 12 points of league-leading Celtic, which plays Sunday against Hibernian.
