LONDON (AP) _ Manchester United lost 1-0 at home to Middlesbrough on Saturday, hurting the Reds' hopes for a fourth consecutive Premier League title.

Alen Boksic scored in the ninth minute to give Middlesbrough just its second win at Manchester United's stadium since 1930. Middlesbrough moved from 13th to 10th place with the win which made the tightest title race in years even tighter.

Second place Arsenal played its FA Cup quarterfinal replay Saturday, beating Newcastle 3-0. The Gunners will meet Middlesbrough in the semifinal on April 14 in a bid to win the trophy it last won in 1998.

Manchester United leads with 64 points, followed by Arsenal with 63, but the Gunners have two games in hand over the Reds. Third place Liverpool, 62 points, plays Chelsea on Sunday.

Newcastle is fourth with 56 points. Leeds jumped over Chelsea to move into fifth with a 2-0 win over bottom club Leicester. Leeds, with 54 points, has a one point lead over the Blues.

In other games, Bolton moved out of the relegation zone into 16th place with a 2-1 win over Charlton. But Bolton is still just one point away from the danger area. Ipswich took Bolton's place after a 0-0 draw with Aston Villa.

Everton beat struggling Derby 4-3 and jumped two places to 13th, pushing Fulham, who plays ninth-place Tottenham on Sunday, down to 14th and within three points of the relegation zone.
