Colorado Issues Visibility Action Day for Metro Area, Including Boulder County
The Colorado Department of Health and Environment has issued an action day alert for visibility for the Denver metro area, including Boulder County, through 4 p.m. Thursday.
Indoor burning restrictions are in place and motorists are asked to limit driving, according to a news release from the department.
Light winds and stagnant overnight conditions will result in poor visibility on Thursday, which could possibly improve by the afternoon, the release stated.
The department also issued an action day alert Tuesday for visibility and particulates.
