Kingstree man charged in Florence voyeurisms
FLORENCE, S.C. -- A Kingstree man was arrested Monday and charged in connection with two instances of voyeurism at two different Florence retailers.
Joshua Scott Jr., 52, of 1118 Kindale Park Road, was charged with two counts of voyeurism, second or subsequent offense, in connection with an incident at Hobby Lobby on David McLeod Boulevard and at TJ Maxx at the Florence Mall, according to a release from the Florence Police Department.
“During these incidents, Mr. Scott allegedly used a cell phone to photograph under these victims’ skirts,” according to a release from the Florence Police Department.
As of Tuesday afternoon Scott remained in the Florence County Detention Center in lieu of $65,000 bond.
