Burglary, battery included among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 12 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to a printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Breaking and entering, 10 p.m. Tuesday, 300 block of 40th Street.

Shoplifting — first and second offense, 9:53 p.m. Tuesday, 2100 block of 8th Avenue.

Towing requirements, 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, 500 block of Roby Road.

Petit larceny, 7 a.m. Tuesday, 2200 block of Marcum Terrace.

Battery, 4:02 p.m. 23rd Street and 10th Avenue.

Intoxicating substances, prohibited acts, 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, 14th Street and 6th Avenue.

Leavingthescene—proper Leaving the scene — property damage, joyriding — stolen vehicle without intent to permanently deprive, 1 a.m. Sunday, 20th Street and 8th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 11:34 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of 5th Avenue.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 10:54 a.m. Tuesday, 500 block of Madison Avenue.

Destruction of property — misdemeanor, 10 a.m. Tuesday, 2400 block of 3rd Avenue.

Wanton end angerment involving a firearm, 4:08 a.m. Tuesday, 6th Avenue.

Deceased person, 11:12 p.m. Monday, 700 block of West 22nd Street.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Sharie Ann Winell, 47, was jailed at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with possession with intent to deliver and misdemeanors of no operators, DUI, possession of a controlled substance and fraudulent motor vehicle inspection. Bond was set at $50,000.

Christy Lynn Armstead, 36, was jailed at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County jailed her on capias. Bond was not set.

Derrick Lee Racer, 36, was jailed at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with possession with intent to deliver and obstructing.

Jami Beth Bias, 30, was jailed at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with possession with intent to deliver and receiving/transferring stolen property. She was also jailed on capias. Bond was not set.
