Competing at state, equestrian team looking for second title in two years
The Ludington Orioles equestrian team will be in Midland this Thursday, October 11 through Sunday, October 14, as they try and win their second straight Michigan Interscholastic Horsemanship Association Class B state title.
The event will be held at the Midland County Fairgrounds.
The Orioles, led by head coach Doyle Fenner in his 33rd season, won their first title last fall. Back then the Orioles had eight riders. This time around, they have just five.
