KKR Real Estate: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
NEW YORK (AP) _ KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (KREF) on Monday reported second-quarter profit of $24 million.
The New York-based company said it had net income of 44 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 71 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 48 cents per share.
The real estate finance company posted revenue of $40 million in the period.
KKR Real Estate shares have risen slightly more than 3 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $20.68, an increase of 1 percent in the last 12 months.
