American Legion hosting Pearl Harbor Day reception for WWII vets
American Legion Post No. 76 is hosting a reception for World War II veterans to mark Pearl Harbor Day at 2 p.m. Friday at the post, 318 N. James St. in Ludington.
“It’s a little reception for the servicemen and their caretakers or spouses,” said Post Commander Louie Wolven. “We’re doing it around then to help them out if they need to use Dial-A-Ride.”
